We're taking on one of the biggest unsolved problems in America: saving for retirement. Nearly half of all working Americans are employed by a company that doesn't offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that. Our mission is to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.
As Director of Product Design, I lead the design of our customer experience and internal tools. I'm building a customer-focused team passionate about improving the Human Interest experience for plan administrators, plan participants, and the internal teams managing key parts of the customer journey. I am also a vital member of a close-knit cross-functional team that includes Product, Engineering, and Marketing to help build the next generation of Human Interest.
